Yoga day. I'm thinking that I might be close to picking up the Yoga X dvd again. Maybe next week during "recovery". The YRG 60 minute workout I've been working with for the last two weeks is really tough but I'm able to actually keep up with almost all of it. It's really hard, but I'm able to do it.
My diet wasn't that great today. I didn't bring my lunch to work, but I did manage to eat better than I would have pre-90 and went to Subway. Dinner wasn't as good as it usually was either because we went out and met a friend of ours to celebrate his 1 year anniversary on the wagon.
Regardless of it all I feel I did pretty well considering. In hindsight I wish I had brought my lunch.
Week 3 is almost done. Getting close to update time. Looking forward to that.
Looking forward to pressing play on Legs tomorrow.
