P90x Fitness Plan - Day 1

Here are my fitness test results. I think I barely passed maybe I didn't. But I'm not about to let that deter me from doing P90x. It'll just be harder but the rewards will be that much more. I'm not in this for just 90 days, so my next phase will be even better when I do that fitness test.

Pull Ups: 1/2. That's right! Less than 1.

Toe Touch: + 1"
(min. -6" )

Wall Squat: 0:55
(min. 1:00)

Bicep Curls: Don't have a 20lb DB yet. I'm guessing about 25.

In & Outs: 25

Heart Rate Maximizer: 130 bpm, 118 bpm, 110 bpm, 108 bpm, 106 bpm
(2 min. jumping jacks beforehand)
